E-commerce systems provide crucial assistance to many vendors

Many vendors are embracing e-commerce platforms to quickly boost their sales. Meanwhile, these solutions may also allow more merchants to experience long-term growth by enabling them to effectively handle customers' requests.

According to Internet Retailer, recent data showed that online shoppers spent at least $225.5 billion in 2012, a 16 percent year-over-year increase. If more vendors invest in world-class credit card processing systems, many retailers could significantly boost their profits in short periods of time.

E-commerce solutions are also playing major roles in numerous businesses' social media decisions. Because accepting online payments is becoming increasingly important, particularly in today's challenging economic climate, more merchants are investing in state-of-the-art solutions to gain a competitive advantage over rivals.

Josh Kopelman, a venture capitalist, told Forbes magazine that social networks are vital for companies to promote themselves to shoppers. As more businesses consider solutions to highlight their products and services via social media, e-commerce systems could become more important than ever for numerous companies worldwide.

"Strong companies are now acquiring 30 [to] 50 percent of their customers through social [networks] without having to pay," Kopelman told the news source.
